The Islamic Center of Mississippi is a religious nonprofit organization in Starkville, MS., that serves a widely diverse community of Muslims in the region. The construction of the mosque belonging to the organization started in 1993 near the Mississippi State University campus. It includes plenty of prayers space as well as spaces for classes and recreation. It accommodates a large number of worshipers in the main hall.
