Reservations, Payments, and Cancellations
Reservations can only be initiated and processed once ICM has received the customer’s initial required obligation, conditions and/or payments. All payments to ICM must be made at least two weeks (10 business days) before the intended product arrival or service starting date. Upon completion of the payment, an invoice will be issued and e-mailed to the customer/payer. Customers can cancel their reservation any time before the reservation starting date. The customer is eligible to full refund (100%) only if cancellation is requested by email before the product shipment or the service starting date. The customer is eligible to a partial refund for cancellations requested later than the product shipment or service starting date or if the customer does not show up for their reservation.
Once a payment is made by a customer, ICM will reach out to the customer to complete the service. Once the customer has completed it, they are deemed to have agreed to all Terms and Conditions. All rates and conditions are subject to change. ICM reserves the right to change any of the rates and/or conditions without prior notice. However, rate changes do not affect payment balances.
ICM shall not be liable for any damage, losses and/or expenses suffered by any customer as a result of sickness, quarantine, weather conditions, war, strikes, riots, or any other cause out of our control. ICM accepts no liability in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to person or property arising out of any act, omission, or negligence. ICM shall not be liable for any loss or damage to person or property, cancellation or curtailment however caused, save only to the extent that such loss, cancellation or curtailment was caused by ICM negligence. If sickness or accident interrupts, ICM shall not be liable for any cost or expense arising there from, save only to the extent that such sickness or accident was caused by the ICM willful act or negligence.
